Helping the local church fulfill the Great Commission

Michael has been an effective coach for pastors and spiritual leaders for many years. He frequently works 1-on-1 with church leaders as a coach and mentor. This is so needed in the Body of Christ! A recent news article entitled “Too Many Senior Pastors Find it Lonely at the Top” explains a pervasive problem of pastors: They tend to have few friends with whom they can relax and be themselves, and their work is so all-consuming that they rarely have time for relationships outside their congregation. By being a friend and spiritual coach, Michael touches their lives, brings the word of the Lord, and gives them a place to be open and real.
